Grief Coaching

Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.

Grief Support

Grief is not something to fix.
It is something we learn to carry.

It is the evidence of deep love — and the ache that comes when that love is interrupted.
Of course we keep loving.
And so we learn how to carry grief alongside us with care, honesty, and patience.

Grief lives in the body.
In the brain.
In the nervous system.
In our faith, relationships, and sense of self.

When grief isn’t understood this way, people often feel stuck — not because they’re doing it wrong, but because no one has helped them understand what is happening inside them.

This space exists to slow things down.
To notice.
To offer grounding, language, and support without rushing or minimizing what grief asks of us.

Grief-informed • Somatic-aware • Biblically grounded

I’m Kim — a holistic grief educator and guide.

My work is shaped by grief education, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and Christian spiritual direction rooted in Scripture and lament. I hold grief through a biblical lens that honors sorrow, questions, and enduring love — not a faith that rushes healing, but one that stays present in suffering.

I also bring lived experience of profound loss, which shapes how I hold space with care, humility, and understanding.

This is not therapy, and it’s not about moving on.
It’s about being supported as you learn how grief lives in your body, mind, and spirit — and how to live with it, not against it.
